Is this program suitable for me?

This 12-week hybrid training is suitable for you if your goal is to unlock advanced bodyweight skills and simultaneously develop an athletic & well-proportioned physique.

With five training days you will get adequate stimulus to all muscle groups and get the most out of your sessions. Strength & Hypertrophy are the focus of this program to break through plateaus and push your boundaries.

What if i'm a beginner?

Absolutely. Bodyweight skills are very hard to learn so that’s why there are different Levels to choose from for beginners to advanced athletes. The goal of this program is to help you to progress from one level to the next. Your starting point does not matter.

Can I ask you for help if I am stuck anywhere on the program?

Of course! Once you have purchased the program you will get access to the exclusive discord group where I will answer questions, help you when you are stuck and where you join a community that is supportive and push each other to achieve the goals.

What if I don’t know how to do an exercise?

Some calisthenics movements are quite complex therefore there are exercise demonstration videos included for each bodyweight progression as well as for each weighted exercise so you can study the movement carefully.

What equipment do I need?

This is a gym-based program hence why you should have access to a fully equipped gym + a pair of gymnastic rings.
